This Week in Dreams — May 15–21, 2026

A staircase descended into water rather than a floor, and the steps kept multiplying downward past any visible bottom. Elsewhere, a red coat hung on a hook inside a room that had no walls — only the hook, the coat, and a circle of pale grass. A clock face appeared with hands that moved backward through numbers that didn't exist in any standard sequence. The coat swayed without wind. The staircase reflected itself in the water below, creating a second staircase reaching upward from beneath the surface, mirror-perfect and utterly unreachable.
