Welcome

Dreamfields is a community for sharing dreams, visions, and spiritual experiences. These terms are written plainly because we believe you should understand what you are agreeing to. By using Dreamfields, you agree to these terms. We ask that you use the platform with respect, honesty, and good faith — and we hold ourselves to the same standard.

You Own Your Content

Everything you create on Dreamfields belongs to you. Your dreams, journal entries, comments, and media are your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over any of it. By posting content with public or circle visibility, you grant Dreamfields a limited license to display that content on the platform to the audience you selected — nothing more. This license exists only so we can show your post to the people you chose to share it with. You can revoke it at any time by changing your post's visibility or deleting it.

Community Standards

Dreamfields is a space for vulnerability, reflection, and shared experience. To protect that:

• Treat others with respect and empathy — people are sharing personal inner experiences
• Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, or deliberately harmful
• Don't impersonate others or misrepresent yourself
• Don't attempt to exploit, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Don't use automated tools to mass-collect other users' content

We moderate with a light touch. Our goal is to keep the community safe, not to police expression. If something requires moderation, we will reach out and explain our reasoning.

Your Privacy

Your privacy is not a negotiable resource. We do not sell your data, we do not show advertisements, and we do not share your information with third parties for their benefit. Our full Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and why. The short version: as little as possible, with your knowledge, under your control.

Dreamfield Gold

Dreamfield Gold is a virtual currency used within the platform for AI features and community tipping. Gold purchases are non-refundable once the Gold has been used. Unused Gold expires 12 months after purchase. We may adjust pricing and Gold costs for features over time — if we do, existing purchased Gold retains its value. Gold is not redeemable for cash and has no value outside of Dreamfields.

AI Features

Dreamfields offers AI-powered dream interpretation and analysis. These features are for personal reflection and entertainment — they are not professional psychological, medical, or spiritual advice. Dream analysis is inherently subjective, and AI interpretations should be taken as one perspective among many, not as authoritative meaning. Use your own judgment.

Collective Dreamscape

The Collective Dreamscape analyzes dream content across the community to reveal shared patterns, trends, and collective themes. Public dreams contribute to collective analysis automatically. Private dreams are only included if you opt in via your privacy settings. All collective analysis is anonymized — your identity is never attached to collective results. You can opt out at any time, and your contributions are fully removed within 6 hours. Collective insights (like "48 people dreamed of water this week") are aggregate observations, not individual disclosures.

Dream Mentions

You can tag people who appeared in your dreams — registered users, known figures, or people you know by email. Tagged users may receive a notification depending on your dream's visibility and your notification choices. If you enter an email for someone not on Dreamfields, a single invite will be sent on your behalf. You are responsible for only tagging people you have a genuine connection to — do not use this feature to spam or harass. Abuse of dream mentions will result in the feature being restricted for your account.

Account and Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed — we do not keep copies. Unused Dreamfield Gold is forfeited upon account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, but we will explain why and give you the opportunity to export your data first, except in cases of abuse that require immediate action to protect other users.

Limitation of Liability

Dreamfields is provided as-is, with care but without guarantees. We are a small, community-focused project — not a large corporation with unlimited resources. We do our best to keep the platform secure, available, and reliable, but we cannot promise perfection. Specifically:

• We are not liable for data loss caused by security incidents, outages, or circumstances beyond our control
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated interpretations
• We make no guarantees about uptime or continuous availability
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to Dreamfields in the previous 12 months

In the event of a security incident, we will be transparent about what happened, what data was affected, and what we are doing about it. We believe you deserve honesty, even when the news is bad.

If Dreamfields Is Sold or Shut Down

If Dreamfields is ever acquired, merged, or transferred to another entity, these privacy and data commitments transfer with it. Any new owner must honor the same terms — your data cannot be repurposed, sold, or used in ways this policy does not allow. If a new owner is unwilling to uphold these commitments, we will give you at least 90 days notice and a full data export before the transition, so you can take your data and leave on your own terms.

If Dreamfields shuts down entirely, we will give at least 90 days notice, provide data export tools, and then permanently delete all user data from our servers. Your data will not be sold, auctioned, or transferred as part of a wind-down.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes that affect your rights, we will notify you through the platform before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any changes, you are always free to delete your account and your data.
